Owner OF Bedford Photography
AND ARTIST BEHIND THE LENS.
By nature I am an empathetic, calm and open-minded soul who enjoys capturing the layers of personality within the people I am photographing, not just that smile we all put on for the camera. With so many types of love connections, I believe we each bring a uniqueness to this world which is worthy of capturing and celebrating!
I draw energy from the nuances of people. A lingering glance, a fleeting touch, these small interactions have built your one of a kind love story. Bringing together the craft that I love and sprinkling your personal touches through out the creative process is why I am so very passionate about being your wedding photographer.
I acknowledge the Dharawal people as the traditional custodians of this land in which I work and draw inspiration from and pay my respects to their elders past, present and emerging. The gentle vibration of the landscape has always sparked my curiosity and I love placing myself in the heart of it. From photography to surfing and snowboarding, my adventurous spirit thrives! If you’re having a destination wedding or want to find an epic location for your photos, then count me in!
Being a mother I find much joy in the simple things. I love teaching my girls about the world and in turn they encourage me to laugh, play and be young at heart. I love bringing this energy to all my photography sessions.
ARTIST BEHIND THE LENS
Coming from an artistic background in drawing and painting, I have immense appreciation for fine art, particularly the romance of old master paintings and the fleeting processes used by artists of the impressionist period. My artistic practise brings a contemporary edge to these classic ideals.
I create soft imagery and have an intuitive artistic flare for elegant compositions and vibrant colours that stay true to the natural environment. My photography style is highly sought after by couples seeking a fun and genuine experience, whilst maintaining their style with simple elegance.
Seeing the moment in one thing, however feeling your moments and being able to capture the essence of your day intuitively is the art of true candid imagery that you will fall in love with for years to come.
Always with love and gratitude, Cass x
