Your marriage date and time slot is locked in with all supplier's once we receive your completed booking form and $1000 deposit. All prices include GST..
Booking Fee’s are non-refundable. Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the marriage being solemnised. In any event of cancellation any moneys paid within three month of the wedding date, according to the signed NOIM application form, are forfeited.
Booking Fee’s are non-refundable due to cancelations that are out of our control due to natural disasters and pandemics. In these circumstances, if you decide to postpone rather then cancel your package, we will roll your package over to a new date based on availability for no additional charge. Under our postponement policy, your package is to be used within 12 months of the date you postponed (otherwise an additional surcharge may incur).
Should your ceremony date be rescheduled or postponed more than once, an administration fee of 10%, of the total ceremony fee, may be charged for each reschedule.
Any Park Bookings/Fee’s are to be arranged directly by the Marrying Parties with the local council. Any fee’s charged by the Council/Venue for Photography use are to be paid directly by the marrying Parties. If the ceremony is to take place at an agreed venue. All location/venue bookings are to be made by the Marrying Parties, directly with the Venue. Any costs incurred by the venue are to be paid by the marrying Parties. In the case where the venue is provided by Pop Up Elopements – the venue, celebrant and Photographer takes no responsibility for injury or damage whilst bride & groom and guests are on the property.
Only the veranda on front lawn is available for use, toilets and facilities are located in Oak Park.
A travel fee of $55 per hour will be charged for each professional, Celebrant, Photographer and Florist for weddings outside the Sydney Metropolitan area.
Elopement packages are for a duration of 1 ½ hours only (inclusive of Ceremony & Photography), unless agreed otherwise in writing. Any additional time required by The Parties may incur an additional fee. Elopement packages cater for a maximum of 2 guests (plus bride & groom), unless agreed otherwise by both parties in writing, extra guests may incur an additional fee. Any furniture or items to be displayed at the venue, on the day (over and above the elopement package inclusions) must be agreed in writing in advance and may incur an additional cost.
Mini Wedding Packages:
Mini Wedding packages are for a duration of 2 hours only (inclusive of Ceremony and Photography), unless agreed otherwise in writing. Any additional time required by The Parties may incur an additional fee. Mini Wedding packages cater for a maximum of 30 guests (plus bride & groom), unless agreed otherwise by both parties in writing, extra guests may incur an additional fee. Any furniture or items to be displayed at the venue, on the day (over and above the Mini Wedding package inclusions) must be agreed in writing in advance and may incur an additional cost.
Maxi Wedding Packages:
Maxi Wedding packages are for a duration of 4 hours only (inclusive of Ceremony and Photography), unless agreed otherwise in writing. Any additional time required by The Parties may incur an additional fee. Maxi Wedding packages cater for a maximum of 60 guests (plus bride & groom), unless agreed otherwise by both parties in writing, extra guests may incur an additional fee. Any furniture or items to be displayed at the venue, on the day (over and above the Maxi Wedding package inclusions) must be agreed in writing in advance and may incur an additional cost.
Amanda Knaption- A Celebration Day – Terms & Conditions
To attend and conduct the ceremony, at the agreed time, date and place. To comply with all legal requirements of the Celebrant including in the case of marriage ceremonies, lodgement of documents in the prescribed form and within the prescribed time. To attend arranged meetings and rehearsals at the agreed time date and place. If the Celebrant is unable to conduct the ceremony for any reason, the parties will be advised as soon as practicable and all reasonable efforts will be made by the Celebrant to arrange for the ceremony to be completed by another authorised marriage celebrant. If the Celebrant is unable to perform the marriage ceremony to: a) Refund to the parties in accordance with refund policy; and b) If relevant, pass the Notice of Intended Marriage to the replacement marriage celebrant, in a timely and appropriate manner.
The Parties agree:
To pay the fee in accordance with the invoice provided, namely: c) Pay the Booking fee at time of lodging the Notice of Intended Marriage or in the case of other ceremonies at time of confirmed booking. This booking fee is non refundable. d) Pay the Balance in clear funds by direct deposit to the nominated bank account no later than 30 days prior to the day of the ceremony, or in cash no later than 48 hours prior to the ceremony; or e) Alternative method as agreed in writing with the Pop Up Elopements; and f) Acknowledge that if full payment has not been made to the Celebrant in accordance with these terms then the Celebrant will not attend the ceremony. g) In any event of cancellation any moneys paid within three month of the wedding date, according to the signed NOIM application form, are forfeited.
In the case of a marriage ceremony, to provide the Celebrant with all original documentation requested no later than 48 hours prior to the wedding day, including any accredited translation documentation requested by the Celebrant.
Unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by both parties and recorded in writing or electronic messages, if the Parties fail to provide all documentation requested to the Celebrant no later than 48 hours prior to the day of the ceremony the Celebrant reserves the right to not proceed with preparations for the ceremony and not officiate at the ceremony.
To advise the Celebrant immediately in writing of any change to the time, date or place of the ceremony. The Celebrant reserves the right to terminate the agreement and retain the booking fee should he/she be unable to conduct the ceremony due to the change. If the ceremony is to be changed to the alternative venue due to inclement weather, then one of the Parties is to inform the Celebrant personally by telephone by a time nominated previously by the Celebrant in writing to ensure the Celebrant has sufficient time to travel to the alternative venue.
Notice of cancellation of ceremony must be given to the Celebrant in writing, and the Celebrant reserves the right to retain the booking fee and other amounts paid.
That the celebrant reserves the right to leave the place of the ceremony 30 minutes after the agreed start time if both parties have not arrived or the ceremony cannot proceed for any reason outside the Celebrant’s control.
That in the event of the above occurrence, the Parties will liaise with the Celebrant to mutually agree on a later time and place for the Celebrant to solemnise the marriage for an extra fee, payable in advance.
The parties undertake to provide the Celebrant with accurate information, and acknowledge that any false statement or declaration may render them liable to prosecution penalties for which may include imprisonment.
The parties acknowledge that they are not to arrive at the ceremony appearing to be inebriated or under the influence of any other substance. The Celebrant reserves the right not to proceed with any ceremony where any of the parties to the ceremony, including nominated witnesses in the case of a marriage, appear to be inebriated or under the influence of any other substance. Judgement as to inebriation or the Parties being under the influence of alcohol or any other substance is at the Celebrant’s sole judgement;
If the ceremony is a marriage, two official witnesses must be aged 18 or over and, in the sole judgement of the Celebrant, not under the influence of alcohol or any other substance. If in the opinion of the Celebrant a proposed witness is not capable of being an official witness to the marriage, an alternative official witnesses must be used.
The Parties acknowledge that the use of the Celebrant’s PA system is subject to favourable weather conditions and will not be used in any circumstances where the PA unit may be exposed to harm, either by persons or the elements. Judgement to be at the Celebrant’s sole discretion.
Where the Celebrant’s PA system is used, the Celebrant undertakes to use his/her best endeavours to ensure that the PA is fully charged, functional and tested prior to the ceremony, however the Parties acknowledged that inanimate equipment may malfunction from time to time and should the PA fail at any time prior, during, or after the ceremony, the Celebrant will not be held responsible.
The Parties agree that if the ceremony is delayed through no fault of the Celebrant which results in the Celebrant incurring extra charges such as parking fees, the Parties will pay the Celebrant’s further costs.
The Parties acknowledge that the Celebrant has explained, and they understand, the legal requirements for entering into a marriage, and that they agree to comply with their obligations as requested by the Celebrant.
Floral Fix – Terms & Conditions
Marrying parties can advise their preferred colours and style for the florals. Florist will create the bouquet using the seasonal flowers. (Posy style bouquet using locally grown seasonal flowers in the Marrying Party’s choice of tones.) The Arbour and floral styling will consist of a corner style arrangement of flowers & foliage. Additional floral elements can be added at an additional cost.
Surcharge applies to alternate styles, imported flowers and special events such as Valentines Day, Mothers Day, etc.
Bedford Photography – Terms & Conditions
Images & Copyrights:
The Pop Up Elopement team has copyright to use your images for reproduction or adaptations thereof, in whole or in part, alone or in composite or altered form, or in conjunction with any wording or other photographs or drawings, for advertising, publicity, editorial or any other purpose including use at wedding exhibitions, magazines and on the Internet and World Wide Web or transmission by any other electronic means. If the couple prefer not to have their images used for marketing, they need to click the box stating "No, I prefer the Pop Up Elopement team not to use our images" at the bottom of this booking form. By marking this box, this clause in the booking form become inactive where the Pop Up Elopement team have no authority to use the images for the above terms and conditions.
The copyright is extended to the couple, where they have license to use the photographs for their own non commercial purposes, such as printing and sharing the images with family and friends.
Limit of Liability:
In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to provide the Couple with the agreed upon photography services and/or products because of illness, injury, death, fire, crime, mechanical breakdown or accident or any other cause, Cassie Bedford from Bedford Photography will find a replacement photographer to carry out the agreed photography services.
In the unlikely event that Cassie Bedford from Bedford Photography is unable to assign another photographer to fulfill the agreed photography services, the maximum liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid by the couple for photography services.
In the event that images maybe lost, stolen, corrupt or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control, liability is limited to the return of fees paid for services there of according to the percentage of images supplied.
Bedford Photography cannot be held responsible for lack of images due to extreme lateness by the couple, lateness of hair and make up artist, wet weather, hot weather, church restrictions, individuals refusing photos, individuals not being present when required or any other principals to the day’s events.
All packages include high resolution images presented to the couple online via their password protected client gallery. Access to the gallery will be given to the customer within 4 weeks after their wedding.
Additional photography coverage costs $280/ hour.
Retouching charges are $55/ images.
